Our mission is to instill conviviality and solidarity among the residents and lovers of Haut-de-Cagnes. As a bridge between residents and the municipality, we work to improve quality of life, safety and tranquility. Based at Espace Metri, the association promotes historical preservation and cultural expression. We facilitate communication between residents, merchants and visitors.

ACTIVITIES
BOARD GAMES
Twice a week, members of the association get together to play board games such as belote, tarot, scrabble and chess.
YOGA WORKSHOP
Regular yoga practice helps build muscles to stay in shape, and brings a feeling of well-being.
GIVE-BOX
The give-box is a "box to give away" where you can donate rather than throw away everyday items in good condition that you no longer use.
LANGUAGE WORKSHOPS
Three conversation workshops (English-Italian-French for foreigners) are offered, and participation is included in the association membership fee.
READ CLUB
The book club is run by Nicole, every 1st Tuesday of the month. 1st participation free, then membership required.
PUBLIC WRITER
Claude, a retired lawyer, can help you draft letters and provide support and advice on administrative procedures.
LECTURES
Conferences on a wide range of subjects are held every 2nd Saturday of the month at the Maison Commune du Haut-de-Cagnes, with free admission for all.
KNITTING-CROCHET
A knitting and crochet workshop, once a week in the afternoons, to learn or improve, and also to relax (materials not supplied).
EVENTS
ASSOCIATION MEALS
In fine weather, volunteers from the association cook a home-cooked meal for members. Places are limited, so reservations are essential.
MUSICAL EVENINGS
In fine weather, the association organizes musical evenings in the Espace Metri garden. with jazz or rock musicians.
ADVENT CALENDAR
Each year, on the initiative of our association, residents create the numbers of the Advent calendar, which they hang on doors, windows, etc...
HAUT-DE-CAGNES FESTIVALS
May 1st, Saint Lucy's Day and Neighbors' Day are just some of the occasions for convivial celebrations in Haut-de-Cagnes.
Our volunteer repairers offer to “repair rather than throw away” everyday objects.
